Senior Session with horses in Michigan

There is something so special about a girl and her horses. Ailee and her horses were no exception. I met Ailee on her home property for this Michigan horse and rider session. We started with her in a soft, lavender dress on their neighbor’s floral garden property. Then it was time to pull out the horses. Ailee has been riding and competing in barrel racing with Boo + Rio for a few years, but she is excited about what the future holds for her and her new bay filly from Oklahoma, Java.

From our planning session, I knew Ailee wanted to get pictures of her with all of her babies and individual portraits. These horses were great to work with, and they all adored Ailee. After we got all of the shots with her and her horses, we did another outfit change and headed down to the lake and captured some gorgeous photos there too.
